Welcome to TreeBills. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our business management software and services. By accessing or using TreeBills, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By registering for, accessing, or using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
By using TreeBills, you also acknowledge and consent to our use of analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to collect anonymized usage data to improve our services, as described in detail in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
TreeBills provides cloud-based business management software that includes features for billing, invoicing, inventory management, accounting, and related business functions. Our services are available through web browsers and mobile applications.
TreeBills is an accounting and business management application. There are no age restrictions for using our services. Minors should use TreeBills under the supervision of a parent or guardian as appropriate for their business needs.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for:
TreeBills offers different account types (Free, Professional, Enterprise) with varying features and limitations. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time.
TreeBills operates on a prepaid payment model only. This means:
We offer a 7-day free trial for new Professional accounts. No credit card is required for the free trial. After the trial period ends, your account will revert to Free plan features unless you make a prepaid payment to continue using Professional features.
Subscription fees must be prepaid on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. You will receive reminder notifications when your prepaid period is about to expire. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. Each time you wish to renew or extend your subscription, you must log in to your account and manually make a payment. Your payment information is processed securely through our payment providers and is not stored by TreeBills for future automatic charges.
When your prepaid subscription period ends, premium features will become unavailable. Your data will remain securely stored, and you can regain access to premium features at any time by making a new prepaid payment. We will send you reminder notifications before your subscription expires.
We may change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes. New prices will apply to your next prepaid payment. Your current prepaid period will not be affected by price changes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by simply not making a renewal payment. Your service will continue until the end of your current prepaid period, after which it will not renew automatically. You will not receive a refund for the remaining days of your prepaid subscription period.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes.

You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Important: We use Google Analytics for this purpose. While we track how you navigate and use the app, we do not track the actual business data you create (your invoice amounts, customer names, transaction details, etc.). Your business data remains private and is never sent to analytics services. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
We perform regular backups of your data. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your data.
When you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except as required by law or as necessary to resolve disputes. You can delete your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at developer@treebills.com.
TreeBills and all related trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding our services, we may use such feedback without any obligation to you.
Our services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, websites, or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
TreeBills uses Google Analytics to collect and analyze usage information. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the app (such as which screens you visit, how long you spend on them, and navigation patterns). This information is used to improve our services and user experience. Google Analytics collects only anonymized, aggregated data and does not have access to your business information (invoices, transactions, customer data, etc.).
By using TreeBills, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google Analytics in the manner and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. You can opt-out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreeBills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TreeBills and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms commence when you first access or use the services and continue until terminated.
You may terminate these Terms by canceling your account and discontinuing use of the services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use premium services will immediately cease. If you have remaining time in your prepaid period, you will not receive a refund. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the services. Your continued use of the services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and TreeBills individually. You waive any right to pursue claims on a class-action basis.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TreeBills regarding the services and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet failures.
